The key to our success with students is our focus on developing an individual learning plan for each student. Our initial work with students involves building rapport and trust, understanding student needs, assessing strengths and weaknesses, and identifying gaps in fundamental skills and comprehension. With this information, we are then able to develop a unique approach to working with each student.
All of Peak’s elementary instructors are experienced elementary school teachers with Orton-Gillingham training for literacy instruction.
